For only £25 per hour, I can connect to your computer remotely, anywhere(as long as you have internet connection) and diagnose and repair any problems you may be having. It the same as having me sat in front of your computer assisting you at home or work. Just pay in advance, per hour through the link below, Credit & Debit cards accepted.

All you have to do is download and run a small program called Teamviewer here -   that allows me to connect. The program does not install but just opens up a panel with a user ID and Pass number, you then give that to me via MSN Messenger or Phone and we connect. That's it - Its that easy.

Frequent Questions

● Security -  All communications between us and you are encrypted. All sessions are initiated by and completely under your control - you choose what level of control we have and can stop the session at any time. No software is installed permanently on your machine - the software is temporarily downloaded to enable us to access your machine. We can't access your machine without your express permission.

● Speed - The software is web based, and is available anywhere on demand. It's a small download. You don't need to have special permissions on your machine to enable the software to run, and it's compatible with most firewalls and routers, so there shouldn't be any complex configuration required.
You should be able to download the file and connect to me within a few mins and be up and running again in no time at all.

● Compatibility - Available to PC users, running an English version of Windows 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, NT, XP and Vista. Whilst a broadband internet connection is preferable (anything from 128K ISDN up), it is still available to users on a low bandwidth dial-up internet connection, but there may be a little bit of "lag" between the connection. Our software works on any connection. Dial-Up / Modem, Router, Broadband, Wireless and ISDN.


Does this mean that you can always connect to my computer?

Not at all. You actually connect to me as the service works in reverse. You run the connection software which connects your PC with my computer. When the support session is complete, the software logs off from my computer and gives you a clear message that the connection is no longer active. I can only reconnect if you run the Teamviewer connection software again.
